How it works:

- Boards feature a flexible foam core to cushion the abrasive surfaces and contour to your nail's shape.
- Use the rounded ends to smooth and shape smaller nails surfaces.
- Proper nail maintenance helps resist chips, cracks and splits.

How to use:
- File nails to desired length with the coarse grit side, then shape with the medium side.
- Hold file at a slight angle to nail.
- File in one direction, from the sides of the nail towards the centre.
